Daily Thai is an educational app for learning Thai vocabulary, including a lock-screen widget, flashcards, audio, and tone practice. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
We work to keep the Thai words, translations, transliteration, and audio accurate, but we make no guarantee of correctness or fitness for any particular purpose (including travel, medical, legal, or business use). Use your judgment.
Don't misuse the app: no reverse-engineering except as permitted by law, no attempting to disrupt the service, and no use that violates applicable law.
The app, its content, audio, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own learning.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may modify these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or end the service, or your access, if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
